Shipping & Return information
We offer shipping throughout the United States via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. We ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Japan, Australia, and EU countries.
All items must be returned to us unused and in the original packing in which you received them. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. After this time, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund and any requests for return shipping will be at the customers expense. To return an item please follow the instructions on the packing list you received with your purchase.
Gift cards and any items purchased as "final sale" will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card or method of payment used for your purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number.
We will replace any items that arrived to you defective or damaged at no additional cost to you. If you would like to exchange an item for another color please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for your exchange. Before processing your exchange a customer service representative will make sure the new product you want is available and reserved for you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
The cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Without proof of delivery we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
